For RED Group, EIAs form an integral part of the design and planning process, and ensure that environmental and community awareness lies at the core of our projects.
Our EIAs are undertaken in consultation with Statutory Bodies, NGOs and local and national government. We also undertake public consultation exercises and mount exhibitions to disseminate information and to encourage constructive dialogue on our projects.
We believe that such comprehensive EIAs help all parties understand the full implications of our proposals. This makes good commercial sense as it helps to reduce misunderstandings during the development process and so speeds up the Planning process.
